Our company policy is devoted to the continuous productive and managing growth in order to satisfy the requirements of the customers through realization of lower cost productions.

Our structure is 1.000 sqm. with 9 machines capable of developing
a production up to 4.000 hours monthly.
We are present on these markets:
- Telecommunications: (body filter for base-station, amplifiers, microwave radio)
- Space-sat: (mechanical components for satellites)
- Fibre-optic:(for internet systems)

Manufacturing process
Pay special attention to carefully planning the different working steps and analysing the potential mistakes/defaults that can occur during the manufacturing process..
The production process of GVG ALUMINIUM TECHNOLOGIES TECHNOLOGIES is done by keeping under control every component/activity of the process itself:
- Human resource: the personnel are trained according to the job, through courses held inside or in peculiar sites outside the company.
- Machineries/tools:the production/checking tools are kept in a perfect quality operation conditions. This is achieved thanks to an internal maintenance programme and a precise management system (Identification–tuning) of the measurement tools.
- Metode: each product is identified with its manufacturing cycle, which states all the phases to be followed, with details of the relevant check-controls. Each operator is provided with clear/schematic procedures (check-list) referred to each activity/operation to perform.
- Check-control/final test: check-control on incoming material on prototypes/first-series and final tests are scheduled, all documented and stored according to the product quality procedure;
- Warehouse/packaging/delivery: the handling practice for such activities is clearly detailed into the procedure, in order to avoid any possible damages to the products - till destination.
